In March of 2018 American Charter Development was at the 25th Annual California Charter Schools Conference in San Diego, California.

Mike Morley, CEO of American Charter Development, was invited to speak with Jon Dahlberg from Charter School Capital on March 28th 2018 at the 25th Annual California Charter Schools Conference. Along with Jon Dahlberg, Mike spoke with David Langford, the Superintendent of Ingenium Schools, and Kevin Lynch, Director of Advisory and Transaction Services for Cushman and Wakefield. The following is a peek at what these gentlemen spoke on. Access to adequate facilities continues to be a big challenge for California Charter Schools as well as Charter Schools around the nation. The good news is there are options available for your school. There are 7,000 charter schools in the United States, but many have facilities that are hindering their growth. American Charter Development provides an option for a facility that meets your needs with no upfront cost to you. More information about Ingenium Schools and Cushman and Wakefield can be found at ingeniumschools.org and http://www.cushmanwakefield.com/en. In addition, Mike made the point that separating your schools needs from your wants right from the beginning will enable your success in the long run.
